I am currently renting a property through the Frank Innes Clarendon Park team and honestly I couldn't be happier. Wanted to wait a few months before I left a review, but three months in and they are still as attentive and responsive as when I first moved in. Joanne and her team have always responded to me with speed. I was particularly pleased to see the level of detail in the itinerary documents - which they had prepared with photographs so that I didn't have to. I work in a legal profession, so am always dubious when reading new contracts - but out of many rental properties I have lived in, the contract they gave me was by far the easiest to understand and most reasonable. Overall, I would really recommend using Frank Innes for rentals - I love my new property and knowing I have a respectable and trustworthy estate agency backing me.

I recently purchased a house via Frank Innes in Clarendon Park, I have to say how disappointed I was with the overall service, The publicity for the house we were buying gave only very limited photos and only in black and white. And limited information about the property which has resulted in issues for us. Apparently the printer had no colour ink.
We were not told of valuable information regarding the gas and electric supply to the house. Both on a pre payment meter, On the day of the move when we had no gas or electricity the office staff gave no help and lied about what our options were, they did not return calls as they said they would and left us at the end of the day sorting it all out by ourselves, It took us several days to get gas to the property and therefore had no heating or hot water and the issues are still ongoing and will cost us to get it changed. We should have been told about this during the sale transaction but Frank Innes did not tell us.
A couple of days after moving the estate agent apparently had further keys to give us, no explanation as to where these keys came from and given that we owned the house no keys should have been outstanding.
Overall I found the office staff to be patronising in their attitude and of little to no help in a time of need.
I would not recommend that anyone uses this estate agent.

Bought our flat through Frank Innes only because it was the flat we wanted - received much better service from Knightsbridge Estate Agents. They never seemed to know what they were doing or communicate to one another. On completion we called in advance and arranged to collect the keys. We drove over 3 hours to collect them and on arrival were told they had gone missing!? We managed to get a spare key from the porter in order to get in. 2 weeks after completion the previous owner tried to let herself in not realising we were in, obviously with keys that Frank Innes failed to collect from her. Terrible service!

I have rented a property since June 2014 and was overall pleased with everything, although i had no real dealings with the letting agency. This month I had an issue where through no fault of my own the property failed a gas safety check due to some work that needed doing. I have now been 9 days without gas, even though the landlady approved the work 3 months ago.
I have been in contact with the agency and its repairs team and must say I have never been so appalled at the service I received. Apparently I am not the customer of Frank Innes, im just a tenant. It is my job to deal with all the communication and they think it is acceptable to tell me its not there problem.
I am naming Lauren Church as the branch manager, she is suppose to be the face of Frank Innes. When i raised a complaint with her she told me her team were right and there's nothing she wants to do. I am very unhappy with this and would not recommend anyone to let through them.
They are happy to take £1800 the day we move in, but i try to to get one thing sorted and its this much hard work.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL.
I put down a holding fee of £180 for a rental property in Septemebr. A week later I was informed that the vendor had pulled out for 'personal reasons' and that my money would be returned immediately. A month later, I have not received anything. I have been into store repeatedly and to begin with they tried to claim that their head offices had already posted it out to me so the cheque should be with me by the end of the week. Did it arrive? No.
So, I went back to store (a further 3 times) after which they offered to have the cheque cancelled and redirected to store. That was nearly two weeks ago. I have rung them repeatedly and it's the same old excuses. I still haven't got my holding fee back which is extremely frustrating as I need the money for a new property that I've found (through a much better estate agent).
Highly unprofessional and terrible customer service. DO NOT USE.

I had my house rented with knightsbridge estate agents in wigston, leicester for 3years.
They sold out to frank innes and this coincided with a change in service. Just a total lack of service on behalf of the landlord and tenant. You wouldn't believe the way they carry on. Basically to cut a very long story short, from start to finish it is what they can get out of you. They aren't interested in anything else. They don't reply to emails of phone calls. Contracts are designed so they can extract the most out of you as possible. With me, they never even got the contract signed. It stems from the manager who is a joke but no doubt profits are high and he's thought of highly with FI If I could give them a minus rating I would. Why can't they do anything right? Or more to the point, why don't they want to. Lots of other agents out there, stay away from this one The worst customer service I've ever come across
