From the moment we contacted them everything went so smoothly. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and answered all our questions easily. If you are thinking of selling your house definitely contact these people! When I'm selling in the future I'll certainly use their services again. Our main contacts in the office were Lauren and Hayley who were very personable. Highly recommended

KEEP AWAY. Dreadful service, phone is always on voice mail, do not return calls, do not respond to e mails. I am contracted for 12 weeks, do not adhere to instructions. Be seriously advised use these agents at your peril. Can't wait for 6th June when the contract will be... Read Full Review

We are told the agent will be ten minutes later for a house viewing. We wait for half an hour. I try to call them to get an update my number is cut off, twice. We have yet to be contacted.
