The service at Frank Innes in Burton is absolutely disgraceful. Lara and Luke both need to watch their tone of voice and their aggressive, rude manner in which they speak to customers!! I would never in a million years use this company in future to rent my house out with or to sell / buy through them again and I wouldn't recommend them either. They need to remember that it's us paying their wages before they gob off all the time. Disgusting!!!

It is simply not possible to put into words how badly these useless "*" deal with business. They don't return calls or emails, every tiny little thing that you have to speak to them about seems like you are asking them for the most unreasonable thing ever. They sent paperwork to wrong addresses and incorrect details to random solicitors. Phill Carter left us with no life cover after we used his broker serviced as he couldn't be bothered to pass on forms etc.. And then when you try to chase them up, guess what no returns to phone calls or emails. They should all be lined up and shot.
