I completely agree. Nobody ever answers the phone and when they do nobody ever seems to know anything. There appears to be no system for recording action points or sharing with staff. There is also no person who provides regular contact. Training in customer service is non-existent. We have been signed up with Chancellors since June with Ryan and have already made two formal complaints about his conduct. (I have never made a formal complaint before ). He is rude and incompetent.
