Terrible. Rude, awful communicators, slow to return calls and very difficult to deal with. Didnt follow protocol in our contract with putting our rent up, we complained and our next communication was to issue us with a Section 13 (I think) to chuck us out of the flat. Terrible. Rude, awful communicators, slow to return calls and very difficult to deal with. Didnt follow protocol in our contract with putting our rent up, we complained and our next communication was to issue us with a Section 13 (I think) to chuck us out of the flat. Greedy, put our rent up 15% per year. We left after 2 years...flat was empty for 3 months after this as they had obviously advised the landlord that they get much more for it than they actually did. Ripped us off for £500 of our deposit for no real reason. Would avoid like the plague.
