Our Chester office is located on Lower Bridge Street, just a few minutes’ walk from the main shopping centre.
It was opened in late 2003 and provides lettings in Chester and the surrounding area, notably Wrexham and other parts of North Wales, as well as Wirral.
Staffed by Kevin Swire, Tony Snead and Simon Jones
it’s developed into a thriving business with a strong reputation.
The team takes a practical, no-nonsense approach to letting and renting, and pride themselves on working efficiently and effectively for landlords and tenants alike. The team has worked with many landlords over a number of years, and has become a valuable partner to several local companies in handling staff relocation.

I have rented with numerous agents throughout the years, (including Passion 4 Property in Chester which should be avoided!!) all over the world, and Temples have by far stood out.
Simon Jones and team went above and beyond expectations throughout the entire tenancy - from beginning right through to the end.
They were quick to organise the lease, quick to respond to any issues we had and were MORE than happy to help me when, for work reasons, I had to relocate and find a tenant to replace me in the property.
If I return to Chester, I will definitely be using this agency again 10/10

Over the last 7 years Temples has provided an extremely professional service and has always gone above and beyond when circumstances have required. Like most landlords, happily the majority of tenants have been very good, however as always you get one or two who can prove to be difficult. Temples always acted in a professional manner intermediating between myself and the tenant to ensure swift resolution of any issues for both parties.

Working with Simon it was a great experience from day 1 when I viewed the property.
This was the first time that renting and moving was an easy and all I had to think was to bring my luggage and settle in and just feel home.
Simon is very professional and always taking the extra mile to help the tenants. I lived in another country for some months and Simon always helped me during this time, keeping me informed on the property and ensuring everything was fine.
I knew that he would help with everything possible in the second I was reaching out to him.

The team at temples have been amazing, they have all been so helpful in helping me secure my new property.
