The staff at Temples including Scott Willams who managed my letting and was particularly supportive and communicative during my search for a tenant, have displayed an efficient, professional and personable level of service, which regardless of the industry is always appreciated but not always forthcoming.
Taking time to proactively communicate with me on feeding back and assessing prospective tenants in a bid to find the right individuals was a process which engendered a sense of being a team working together rather than an agent merely attempting to tick a box or fulfill a quota.
To be recommended.

First time letting for me and Temples have been brilliant. Scott was very helpful in showing the properties and answering any questions and Nadine was great at organising the application and move date. Can't fault them, unlike others I had dealings with. It's rare you get an agency keeping you bang up to date with progress. Today's 'norm' is that you are the one chasing but Temples have been a delight to work with.
