Comment on agent fees
My property has been with Kings for years. I understand that the letting fees is 12% which would appear to be reasonable. I have previously asked years ago if the letting fees could be taken from the rent on a monthly basis, rather than all at once?

I rented with them for precisely a year, and had various faults throughout. They never returned calls or emails. Getting through to a relevant person was time consuming and difficult (constant waiting times, always "with a client" etc.)
