I found the agent who showed us the property not only pushy but almost everything he said turned out to be a lie, as later on he said something different to what he'd just informed us. I found the agent who showed us the property not only pushy but almost everything he said turned out to be a lie, as later on he said something different to what he'd just informed us. It was a joke and a little insulting how un professional he was. Then when we said we weren't interested he mentioned all the time he's spent, almost making us guilty for not buying a house we wanted. Wouldn't use them again.

Although the process was unnecessarily long winded and the other side's solicitor utterly incompetent, both agents we dealt with at Kings Group were helpful, patient, and intent on helping us get and complete on this property. I second the other reviewer who commented on the illegal letting signage. I can home to find a Kings 'let by' sign outside our house. Kings has never had a thing to do with any of the flats in our property (I had never even heard of them before). Not only was the sign an illegal eyesore, but it... Read Full Review

I second the other reviewer who commented on the illegal letting signage. I can home to find a Kings 'let by' sign outside our house. Kings has never had a thing to do with any of the flats in our property (I had never even heard of them before). Not only was the sign an illegal eyesore, but it was up for much longer than the 14 days allowed under law if that actually HAD let or sold something in our building. That is, until I removed it just now. Better come and pick it up from the street Kings - it's lying on the footpath with your name on it!

They cold called at my door and I told them I was already on the market with another agent, who I was very happy with. They told me not to worry about their signed contract and offered me this new promotion they are doing called Secret Saturday. The only secret is that they are not really... Read Full Review

They cold called at my door and I told them I was already on the market with another agent, who I was very happy with. They told me not to worry about their signed contract and offered me this new promotion they are doing called Secret Saturday. The only secret is that they are not really instructed or they are trying to steal properties from the competition , and it's agents like this that make others look bad. My advice is avoid them at all cost.
