Kings were recommended to me through my sister who had recently sold her house with Archie. From the first phone call with Archie, the initial visit for valuation with Daniel, the viewings to the open day with Deniz & Suwit, the team were friendly and made the whole process feel like I had some control over what was happening. Decisions with their guidance seemed effortless. I have lived in my house for 20 years so the thought of going through the move we wanted was scary and these guys helped us through -Thank you for all the phone calls and virtual hand holding -much appreciated by my whole family

The fees were fair and we agreed some flexibility to give them an incentive to achieve a good price.

We sold our house through the Kings Group branch on Hertford Road in Enfield. Daniel dealt promptly with buyers to agree a sale and kept in touch with everyone throughout the legal process to keep it moving along.
Daniel and Neil kept an eye on the property while it was empty and went above and beyond by working into the night when some criminal tried to change the locks in order to scam would be renters.
I would have no hesitation at all in using them again.

I made an offer to buy a flat through this agent and got my offer accepted. But then they sold it to cash buyer while I was dealing with mortgage. I made an offer to buy a flat through this agent and got my offer accepted. But then they sold it to cash buyer while I was dealing with mortgage. The mortgage advisor in the branch hold my documents and delayed the process so then I decided to go directly to my bank and arranged a survey before I heard that they have already sold the flat to cash buyer without letting me know.
