One of the worst Letting Agency in London.
At the beginning, the interaction with this agency was good and promising.
We visited the property in East London but the tenants were still at the property so we couldn't walk everywhere and see the small details about the flat. When asked about: how big is the property, what are the providers, how long is the contract for the only answer we got is "I'm not sure".
We still decided to rent out the place with a promise of it being cleaned after the tenants were moved out.
I had no idea that with this agency "cleaned out" means that the property will be in very bad shape with mould in 3 different rooms, ants in the kitchen and a very horrible scent coming from the fridge.
I contacted the agency and they provided me with the Landlord number, after she arrived she had no idea of the damages and problems within the property.
Agency lied to us and the landlord about taking care of the flat.
They lied about getting a professional cleaner before our moving in date.
When the agent called me after talking to the landlord he was surprised that we wanted the property to be painted as well and have the walls fixed, because I only requested "cleaning".
I will never use their services and don't recommend anyone.
STAY OUT FROM THIS AGENCY - DONT TAKE ANY CHANCES WITH GABRIEL THE AGENT

Horrible agency, worst experience please avoid this place! We put down an offer and as soon and was asked "where we were from" all of a sudden the house was no longer available because "someone else put in an offer as soon as I hung up" (lies!). The house was then put back... Read Full Review

Horrible agency, worst experience please avoid this place! We put down an offer and as soon and was asked "where we were from" all of a sudden the house was no longer available because "someone else put in an offer as soon as I hung up" (lies!). The house was then put back on the market at a CHEAPER rate. I had my brother put in a fake enquiry to which Gabriel (the scamming agent) said it was available and we could view it. I then called and asked what the hell was going on and Gabriel came up with more lies about the tenant extending their stay. A few days later the house was back on the market again at a more EXPENSIVE rate. We understand how sales work and not unreasonable people but the way we were treated was disgusting. This is people's livelihoods especially a family! I have reported them to Property Ombudsman for unprofessionalism and discrimination and they will be investigating this further. Please avoid Kings they are scammers!

Their property management solution is a gigantic scam.
Their employees don't care about clients and don't bother following the rules as stated in the contract you sign with them. They send one line emails and don't follow up with what they say they will do.
They have this very dodgy relationship with amother letting company, called Let365 for everything relating to repairs and will try everything they can to get money out of landlords without bother. They will lie to landlords and make issues bigger than they are.
