not a very nice company very bad service asked three times for a customer withdrawal list when we took our property of the market we never received the list , so are now in a duel fee dispute the complaints procedure through parent company countrywide is a joke they do not want to look at... We had our property valued by King & Chasemore and 2 other local agents although King & Chasemore came in with a higher marketing price his commission was greater then the other 2.
