not a very nice company very bad service asked three times for a customer withdrawal list when we took our property of the market we never received the list , so are now in a duel fee dispute the complaints procedure through parent company countrywide is a joke they do not want to look at the complaint they just want my money for not doing there job countrywide produced a "replica withdrawal letter" no copy of the original to be found apparently this is ok ,it is not ok they now have a odious debt company called sinclair taylor taking me to court court . needless to say myself my family and freinds and anybody who i can tell wont be using king and chasemore again ,what a great business model

We had our property valued by King & Chasemore and 2 other local agents although King & Chasemore came in with a higher marketing price his commission was greater then the other 2.
