If you want someone to over-estimate the value of your property, put it up for sale, then wait and see what happens then these are the guys. Appalling service would be a complement for K&C. We contacted K&C for a valuation, and only as their sign happened to be on a property next door. Horrible service!! Had to chase them over and over - promises in return, no actions whatsoever. Two agents left the firm while we were trying to sell the property. Third one didn't bother doing the ...
