Requested to view a rental property on the day it was listed asked if a viewing can be arranged however got told oh we are waiting for more interest in the property so we could make a collective viewing contacted the person called Jenifer multiple times requested to view it as we really liked it but she kept delaying a week later she says that property is gone now. Horrible experience unprofessional and rude staff complete liars.

Can I put zero stars? Had my Dads flat up for 9 months with Farrell Hayworth. Can I put zero stars? Had my Dads flat up for 9 months with Farrell Hayworth. They closed the shop on Highfield Road, then restricted viewing to people that actually produced proof of their financial situation (very intrusive) I personally did the on line video then they think it is a good idea to cut it short. The reasoning being is that anyone interested request the full video so they can monitor how many people are viewing it, I’m interested in selling the property not numbers. I called in August to change Estate agents as there had been no viewings, suddenly there is someone. After an offer was accepted they pulled out but a month later on the day I ask to take the flat off the market for the second time the couple want to view again! We turned down a ridiculous offer. Another person asked for a viewing but wasn’t happy to show all his financial information, he said their attitude was terrible on the phone and hung up. He eventually got a viewing. I had to phone numerous times for feed back on the viewings, still not had a response to my last request ! To top it all they have a hidden charge of £150 for DIGITAL SERVICES ( I’m told advertising on social media) the charge is in the small print and nobody tells you about until you ask them to take the property off the market. Until you pay they won’t take it down, is this blackmail? I’ve waisted nine months with them.

Finally got to buy one house that id bought with them and they told me to collect the keys which was an hour round trip to be told they d lost the keys so needed a locksmith. Next property about to complete the next day and they ring up saying they have a higher offer and then won't reply to any queries about how much i need to complete the sale so 1000 pounds down the drain in survey fees etc. Its not so much the service but the bad attitude of the staff who are very offensive instead of apolegtic for poor service.

went in 5 weeks ago to apply for a flat they asked me for all my documents and pay the £175 refence checks which took over 2 weeks I had contacted several times to be told the person dealing with it was on holiday low an behold he flew back into to his office 10mins later to tell me that I had passed the reference check while I already knew then it got handed over to Lancaster who has taken a further 2 weeks to get in contact with me..so they got back to me and said sorry the landlord might be selling the property but he would still like you to move in now it's coming up to 6 weeks and I'm still not in the property an my tenancy has ran out on the place I previously lived in I'm now staying with a friend while they are sorting this out

Absolutely DISGUSTING ethics from this company. After making an offer on a property at the beginning of the week and it being accepted. We were told that the property was ours and it would be taken off the market. We took in all our details and contacted a solicitor, also revisited the property to take measurements etc. Yesterday we recieved a call saying someone else had made a higher offer so they were going with them unless we were prepared to get into a bidding war! I thought this sort of thing was something of the past. Obviously this company can not be trusted. Buyers Beware!!!
