After renting under D&G for a year, I'm still not sure what their role is. They have been extremely passive in dealing with problems my partner and I have had with our flat, so much so that our landlord has now changed agencies.
We have been expected to fund all maintenance and then later be reimbursed, the inventory to our flat was carried out without us being present and despite a hefty �2000 deposit at the beginning of the year, we need to pay for our own deep clean of the flat.
Absolutely would not recommend this expensive, lazy agency to anyone out there.
