I have been renting through D&G for the last year, during my property search I was assisted by Gemma she took time to understand our needs and showed us a good selection of properties and was always on hand to help with anything we needed or questions we had. Now we are moving out and they are awful with viewings. They never give you 24 hours notice, they just tell you that people will be coming to your property rather than asking, they book more than one viewing in and only tell you about one, they will just let themselves into the house if you don't answer the door instantly and as a result they have walked into my house whilst I was getting out of the shower and all my housemates were in bed for a viewing we weren't informed of.
