I sold my property through Beth Corbet at Douglas & Gordon. I was extremely disappointed to receive a handwritten letter from my buyers followed by a strongly worded email complaining about the conduct of my agent and threatening to pull out of the transaction if I did not complete within 10 days (as promised apparently by my agent).

I sold my property through Beth Corbet at Douglas & Gordon. I was extremely disappointed to receive a handwritten letter from my buyers followed by a strongly worded email complaining about the conduct of my agent and threatening to pull out of the transaction if I did not complete within 10 days (as promised apparently by my agent).
Communication on completion dates was handled very poorly and I was left to bear significant expense, stress and inconvenience as a result. The branch manager left during the critical stage and I was not informed - no manager cover was put in place.
