Really grateful to Sam in BJB Crewe office. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient and have gone out of his way to help with everything and even arranged a viewing late in the day to suit my restricted availability. All my phone calls and email queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Just exchanged on 2 BTL properties in central Crewe and hope to secure more in the future. Adrian and Marcin in the branch has also been at hand to help me. Felt very welcome when I first visited the Crewe office - friendly staff - made such an impact to me esp. after being on the road for 4 hours!! Highly recommend Sam and his colleagues in BJB Crewe Sales, Letting and Mortgage Broker. Thank you Sam for everything and please keep me on your mail lists of new listings.

Contacted Company twice by email as potential buyer. They replied to the first email but not to the second. Thus if I were selling I would be disinclined to use them: they're either inefficient with communications, too disinterested, or both.

Appalling service. Have tried to arrange viewings of a number of different properties being marketed by the CREWE branch and they couldn’t have been more unhelpful. I have failed to secure bookings to view on several occasions. They never return phone calls and seem incapable of answering simple questions. The staff are disorganised, not customer focussed and at times discourteous. They also allocate 15 minute viewing times to view properties which are accompanied by one of their agents - this is ridiculous if you are hoping to view a property that costs approx a quarter of a million pounds to buy, and also if you have travelled in from outside of the area. You would pretty much have to race around the house without being able to absorb what you are looking at. Awful experience regards dealing with this branch.

I purchased a property in 2021 which was listed by Butter's John Bee's Crewe office. The initial contact process was poor with difficulty being experienced in speaking to someone who could assist with arranging a viewing. We were further frustrated by unnecessary obstacles in arranging a viewing of the property, allegedly due to Covid restrictions but which were not in line with the approach of other Estate Agents we had spoken to. We were only able to view the property we eventually purchased by escalating the matter to their branch manager and even then we received no apology. When calling the branch subsequently it continued to be difficult to speak to someone who could assist us with calls regularly routed to a 'Concierge' service which may as well have been a voicemail. On speaking to our seller they too felt their experience in dealing with Butters John Bee was poor. I will not be using or recommending Butters John Bee to list any future properties and believe their communications and general customer interactions are very poor.
