Hi all l would give these guys a miss they are so unprofessional in everyway l found the right house and all through my contact with Butter John Bee the Congleton branch was a joke from start to finish no communication at all we have pulled out of buying the house due to poor service this is down... Hi all l would give these guys a miss they are so unprofessional in everyway l found the right house and all through my contact with Butter John Bee the Congleton branch was a joke from start to finish no communication at all we have pulled out of buying the house due to poor service this is down to them not being crap at there job l would never buy a house of these guys keep clear.

I would not recommend this estate agent at all. They are not professional and play a game of 'bid war'. I would not recommend this estate agent at all. They are not professional and play a game of 'bid war'. When I was interested in a property I was told for weeks that another buyer was interested and had an offer in the pipeline. Whilst I was selling my property for a couple of months this buyer seemed to still exist trying to keep me on my toes. I loved the house we wanted to buy and I didn't buy it based on the fact that this estate agent did not deserve to get the commission from selling the house. They are also known for putting houses on the market with unrealistic valuations (too high)

Starts off with a great professional sales pitch and then its down hill from there! They don't contact you, you have to contact them for updates. They don't send any information re stats. If they were proactive the fee would be appropriate. Because they just stick the properties on rightmove and do no pro active selling or negotiating whatsoever it is an unacceptable fee

Starts off with a great professional sales pitch and then its down hill from there! They don't contact you, you have to contact them for updates. They don't send any information re stats. They don't get sufficient information from the viewers (that's if you get any)! Basically they sign you up, stick you on rightmove and wait for the phone to ring whilst they are busy entering competitions for marketing purposes. They are not pro active whatsoever! However, from what I can gather they're all the same! My friend went through all of them in Congleton and said she found Whittaker and Biggs the best. No doubt we will be changing soon! Money for nothing! Shame RIghtmove doesn't allow sellers to market their own houses for a fee as I would definitely prefer to do that after the service we have received.
