If they were proactive the fee would be appropriate. Because they just stick the properties on rightmove and do no pro active selling or negotiating whatsoever it is an unacceptable fee

We've had similar from our own local branch ,they have sent inappropriate viewers,one of whom they knew to be a serial house viewer but still sent him and viewers who don't even want to live in our area so what's the point in sending them? In our opinion this is just lazy estate agency ...
