I think that the best possible prices was achieved in the circumstances - which were that our purchase had already been agreed and time was pressurised. If we had been selling prior to agreeing a purchase then I know that Dale had initially thought that a higher selling price might have been achievable. Dale was very mindful of this and revised his fees part way through the selling process.

Turn up for appointments when appointments have been arranged. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled in a short notice- give a call rather than email. Prepare things for exchange in advance, not at the day of exchange. Improve their communication with clients. When an agent goes away on a holiday, give a proper handover to other members of staff so that I don't have to explain everything from scratch every single time when I call.Attached Filesnbsp;
