Ahhh Klaudia! Yes exactly the same experience with her. Was left out in the cold & had organised with family to come and view property on the weekend, so 3 of us all let down. Her remedy was at least to show me the flat during a week day that I had to take off work - and luckily she managed to make it to that appointment. Of course it does not end there...
