Very disappointed service.
Paid full management and inventory check.
Tenant left leaving inhabitable condition. Leaking water, rubbish all over! Instructed repair work ASAP. 4 Months!!! Done nothing!!!
Saying “ it’s not our responsibility!”
Beware appliances check NOT included in inventory check! Damaged by tenant but not reported!
Claimed to have “professional” cleaning done! And want to charge 270 for a house not even vacuumed!
4 months! Done nothing! !! lose 4 months income.
Please avoid this agent!

No tenant support. The landlord decided to take unfair advantage of us, like no heating or hot water the last month of our tenancy, unfair deposit deductions. Also landlord sent his claims too late for us to to apply to TDS. The agency takes his... Read Full Review
