Totally unprofessional timewasters
Ali avoids and doesnt return calls and even hides out back when you go into the office! Not a good role model for those poor kids that work for him!
He didnt even turn up for a meeting with us that customer service organised, to this day I'm still waiting for the phone call I was promised, he simply doesn't care
They lose your keys
They don't know how to communicate or feedback to you
Need I go on
Save your time and sanity by going round the corner and seeing Jonathan and Jamie at goodfellows

Diane progressed our sale recently. We found her to be a great communicator, keeping us up to date with everything that was happening. We have tried to buy a property advertised by them this month . This was a very disappointing experience. Obviously we didn't get the property we wanted to buy. Not because we haven't been the highest bidder or we weren't in a very strong position to purchase the property.
The lack of interest to obtain the best deal for the owner and no attempts what so ever to negotiate the final price is the best I can say about them. Without speculating I can only say theirworking practices need to improved considerably.
As an investor in the area I will not use their lettings or sales services as their attitude needs to improve.

We regret using Barnard Marcus, staff been rude, there was a situation where we've been shouted at, we've been lied to two ocasions and we learned it's NOT estate agent rolli to update you with your sell (we had to pay 5k), when complained in the head office were been told agent ONLT have to find the buyer, nothing else, had to do everything ourselves pretty much... but the HIGHLIGHT of entire experience was when AGENT left our FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN (thanks Robin)

Don't waste any time with these guys. Appalling. I am a first time buyer, which is bad enough in London but to be subjected to the service here by Barnard Marcus Mitcham is quite an experience. Firstly our offer (perfectly reasonable considering it's your life savings) gets practically ignored, with junior sales negotiation techniques designed to get you to cough up more money because of 'another offer on the table'. Then you basically just get ignored as they continue to blatantly remarket the property to the highest bidder, shoddy paperwork. Inspiring ZERO confidence in parting with any cash.

Jason from Barnard Marcus overvalued our property at £200K, didn't do any research into property sold in the same road/postcode. Sold for £150K after a long, drawn out process. Siobhan dealt with us day to day, and could offer very little advice or guidance when obstacles arose. The agent became an obstacle towards exchange and we struggled to get some answers to some very simple questions. Thankfully we had an extremely efficient solicitor and ended up utilising her rather than Siobhan. We put in a complaint and were promised a bottle of champagne for our troubles.... Yet to be received a month on! The only reason we used an estate agent was because we had never sold a property before... Never again!! They are simply a shop window... My advice: cut out the agent and do it yourself!

This agent initially appeared very good and pleasant but it did not take long for it to turn. They showed a prospective buyer around and I heard them use the toilet while Michael and the accompanying wife were on the landing! When I complained to the agent it was denied. They used to turn up with more than one family and not inform us. Once a sale was agreed they did not relay relevant information to our buyer and kept giving us false information. Towards the end we were so exasperated with them that we threatened to withdraw our sale. Our buyer came to see us once the sale was complete and we were appalled to hear that we were slated to the buyer and that no relevant info had been passed to him including the proposed exchange date!
