The worst letting agent! So deceptive and fraudulent. After paying holding deposit, they kept on postponing move in dates . Making my self and family homeless and even making my two boys to be out off school for months.

Absolutely awful! Within 24 hours of having the keys to our rented property the ceiling fell down in the master bedroom! BJB did nothing and left myself and my partner homeless over Christmas! It took them nearly 2 months to return our deposit... and they returned it in INSTALLMENTS!!!... Read Full Review

Quite possibly the worst letting agent I've ever had to deal with. Their communication skills are awful, quite often when you call you can't get through to who you want to speak to and after leaving messages for days you are lucky if you get an email response, which is ridiculous. Basic communication was exceptionally poor. Member of staff on holiday for a week, resulting in nothing being done for that week, but not being told this.
