Well I have to say despite a negative review here these guys did sell the house for the vendor but lost them a decent chunk of money in the process . What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees were not spelt out clearly enough. It was not clear that the quoted fees did not include VAT. We didn’t even know about the charge for an inventory check until it was taken out of the 1st months rent.
