Very good at chasing potential purchasers and booking in viewings (however we conducted all but 1 of the viewings).
Following offer accepted complete disinterest. We had to chase them to chase our buyers for news, we sorted out the moving day with our buyers directly, we handed over keys to our buyers directly and have heard nothing from them following our move.

Only a shame that I can't leave zero stars. Worst agent I have ever dealt with by a long margin. Avoid at all costs.

Well I have to say despite a negative review here these guys did sell the house for the vendor but lost them a decent chunk of money in the process . Let me explain why I would not use these to sell my house. I telephoned one Wednesday to arrange to look at a house for sale, despite its price im a cash buyer. I am told it's no problem to view but the vendor is doing viewings and he is hard to get hold off so bear with the lady I'm speaking to. I give her a number of options of days inc the saturday Sunday and Friday Monday etc. I hear nothing back. So Thursday afternoon. I telephoned again. She is struggling to reach the vendor. She knows we are keen and says she will get back to me and there is no one else after the place. I don't hear from her but telephoned Saturday to find she was off and had been Friday. It's now Monday. I telephone again she is still off but this other lady says oh you are on my list to call. Great I think. A viewing... progress. No she's says we have just sold the house. What ? There was No one else interested when I spoke with your colleague. Yes she said but I got a call Friday from another couple. So you took and agreed an offer without them seeing the place. No she replies they saw it Saturday and Sunday. How I asked. She didnt really reply. Hold on I said we asked your colleague to view it why didn't you let us see it. Well I was only making an appt fir my client. What I said. So can we still see it as we will likely want to buy. No it was agreed the price with the vendor on the condition it was taken off the market. Folks reading I smelt a rat. I did complain but they are not interested. Why well they had a sale and it was not far of asking price. I have later learned the sale price. So even if I had if offered full price they would only gain some 120£.in commission not a lot Now I've ironically met the purchasers by chance. ( see lies will come out ) and guess what it was butters John bee lady that suggested they say a proviso to acceoting the venidirs counter offer that Monday morning. They offered he countered. Anyway that the had it suggested to them that the vendor took it off the market if they accepted his counter offer Work it out folks two staff both have a potential buyer one is off. Did the other one get both leads together no. Just her potential buyer then in my opinion wangled it so the others my wife and I are locked out. Of course the staff will be given incentives whether it be financial or just anothe tick box to get a sale. In this case at the cost to the owner as my offer would likely have been Full price or close I believe the vendor is out app £11 000 Anyway thought I'd share this as it won't be the first time and I doubt it's the last.

we arranged a valuation on the 4th may for the morning of the 11th of may. only to get a call from them at about 5pm the day before to say that the manager was out of town and could not make the appointment that was arranged the week before, even on making the appointment we made it very clear that Friday 11th was the only day that we had free due work, by them cancelling at the end of the day made it impossible to arrange anyone else to do the only day we was free, NOT VERY HELPFUL

What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees were not spelt out clearly enough. It was not clear that the quoted fees did not include VAT. We didn’t even know about the charge for an inventory check until it was taken out of the 1st months rent.

Shockingly bad and a waste of money. Every single interaction was a disappointment - fees weren't spelt out properly at the outset leading to unexpected charges, emails were ignored, promised call backs didn't happen and they consistently failed at even the most basic things like setting out of office emails when someone leaves the company, providing updates on quotes, handing over work to a colleague when going on holiday or updating a contract before sending it out when they were told several times by both landlord and tenant what dates to include.
In paying for the managed service I expected them to take the stress off me by doing two things: 1) deal directly with the tenant, and 2) coordinate with contractors for quotes and any repair work. They were dreadful at both. Our tenant experienced the same poor communication so contacted me instead, and every quote I asked them to arrange was so poorly managed that I ended up finding someone to do the work myself. There were no updates until I chased and even then I had to wait weeks or months for them to give me basic details of what work needed to be done, how much it cost or when the contractor was available to do the work.
