The police are currently investigating my landlord for threatening behaviour and harassment. I have never dealt with or spoken with Dexters company before, yet they emailed me twice, claiming we'd conversed and agreed on a tenancy termination date. This is libellous, we have never spoken in this capacity! They have even issued an invalid eviction notice. I fully intend to add them to the original police report against my landlord and his agent and report them to Property Ombudsman. Trading Standards next! Do not use them!

My flat has been with Dexters since March.
While i was happy with the regular communications .I was flabbergasted to receive a call stating they have removed my listing as i should go somewhere else as they are struggling to sell.
I asked for them to wait as i was away and they told me it has been removed without any noticeTheire are no contractual obligations on their part as i was told.
Seems their stats are more important than customer service.
I accept its a tough market however have never experienced a vendor just saying go elsewhere.
So save your time and give these guys a wide birth.
George and the sales teams at the twickenham office .No comments on the letting side as didn’t work with them.
