We recently sold our large family home of nearly 20 years using Peter James. Our agent Jamie had several buyers lined up within days, and we accepted a very competitive offer a week later. He knows the local housing market and community well, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I honestly think our sale would have fallen through without his support and commitment (there were a few tricky moments!) He is very skilled at negotiation, and has enormous integrity. I really can't recommend him highly enough.

After contacting and meeting a number of local agents I decided to instruct Peter James to handle the sale of my late grandmothers home. Lee Davis was very professional from the point of first contact and certainly knew his stuff. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the local area and realistic pricing of the property, much more than that of the competitors I also met. All of the team at Peter James were top notch from start to finish. Couldn't recommend more highly.

He was very attentive from the onset and he worked very hard to get numerous viewings for my mum and dads house and within 2 weeks the sale was ready, we had an open day with 30 viewings planned and the house was sold two days later. Lee has been amazing throughout the sale.
He was very attentive from the onset and he worked very hard to get numerous viewings for my mum and dads house and within 2 weeks the sale was ready, we had an open day with 30 viewings planned and the house was sold two days later.
Lee continues to work with you during the sale and chases up all the relevant parties to ensure it's dealt with as quickly as possible.
Lee even paid a visit to my mum after a survey to personally talk to her about an item in the report. (Something he did not have to do)
The fees are very fair and Lee did put in all the effort to support those fees.
I would definitely recommend Lee from Peter James estate agents.
