We rented a flat in Habington House Avenue Road. When we got access in the flat on the first day we found condoms under the sofa, some leaflets of weird services, dirty clothes and rubbish. I was totally in shock. The neighbours informed us that 2 prostitutes were living there and we weren't informed about it. Moreover, it took 4 months for them to give us the key for the mail box. We were calling them every single day hearing a different lie every time. They don't respect anything. The house is totally destroyed. There is no light in the kitchen. Dirty walls and we have to deal with people that don't know what they are doing. I feel sorry for Dexters for employing idiots

Over and above her excellent and friendly service, she would often be available after working hours to provide assistance whenever I had queries or issues. For her diligence, communication skills, and work ethic Lara deserves 7 stars!

After a rough start, 3 years ago, I can say we are very happy with their service. Kim Coxhill is very professional and has been taking very good care of us. I've must admit I wasn't very fair blaming Dexters for part of the problems we had in the flat we are renting, but I will be fair now saying that, even with all adversities, Kim took care and resolved every single one of them. I made the mistake of trying the Dexters Acton office and I strongly recommend avoiding this office as it is extremely toxic in my opinion where a senior employee yelling at the customer after they (the office and landlord) breached contract is a perfect representation over how garbage this office is. I rented a house through them (3,250 PCM) and paid 6 months in advance to help fix a few issues quickly with several comments which were related directly to the safety of the house and they promised everything would be fixed before I moved in. These conditions were made prior to the contract being signed and thus were binding as part of the contract, the conditions were not met prior to the tenancy thus they were already in breach. After they took the money and the staff did not answer my emails as most of the items were not fixed (main door needed fixing as the kids/wife could not open, no bell, no lights in the dining room, no proper cleaning, no curtains which we were told would be fixed before move in and were a condition in the contract). This escalated to their customer service and I received unsatisfying answers.

For me, I will never use this office again.
If someone has any suggestions on how to escalate the matter to the regulatory authority here in the UK, please let me know.
So far we feel naked as we are exposed to our neighbors through uncovered windows in a house where there are no CO2 detectors.
Dexters in my opinion is damaging the London reputation of it being a business city. Their behavior in my opinion is designed to wear you out in emails and calls to see how far they can infringe your liberty with you remaining silent. As you can I tell I have had enough and I hope you all learn from my costly endeavor .
