i do not Recommend Hi . my name is Liliana Lazari. I do not recommend this agency under any circumstances. I signed the contract for a property at the address: 68 Aldridge Avenue HA7 1DD, the property is full of mold, the garden is horrible, full of bottles and waste, which are very dangerous for our children, we have a little girl with breathing problems and not we can live there, I asked for my money back, but they don't even consider us. Beware of this agency, I do not recommend it. I hope the judgment will help us win.

I sold my mum's house in Stanmore recently after her death. James Sweet at the Stanmore office was kind and sensitive as well as efficient. He gave detailed advice about marketing and the best figure to put it on at. There were lots of viewings and 4 offers within 48 hours. It achieved slightly over the asking price. He always returned calls the same day and responded to emails. It was as painless and seamless a process as I could have possibly hoped for given the sad circumstances. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Stanmore office and James in particular.

If I could give these guys 6 stars I would! The team at the Stanmore branch have been outstanding. This sale of my mother’s house had some potentially tricky aspects to it but Philip Twallin approached the project with tremendous energy and enthusiasm. He made a stressful situation almost fun! Don’t be fooled, this guy really knows his stuff. He shared his knowledge and experience to help us make our own informed choices. I always felt he and his team had our best interests at heart. I went for a bold strategy and within 2 hours of instructing, GG had a big queue of people ready to view! Within 5 days of putting the house on the market we had half a dozen credible offers on the table. Our file was then admirably managed by James Sweet, who also supported us through the remaining process with great communication. If only my solicitors had been as efficient, we could have got the deal wrapped up within the month! Big thanks to the whole team, including Paula and Grant who I spoke with on occasion. If you’re selling a house don’t even hesitate to engage this agency plus their commission rate is extremely competitive.
