The worst Property services ever!

The worst Property services ever! * is the worst and unprofessional Property Manager. They let me at -2Celsius degrees,10 winter days with no heating and 20 winter days with no hot water and no Rent discount! Even if I asked the prove that they communicate to the Landlord my request, they never send me anything but just ignore me every time when they did not like my requests. I always paid my bills on time and I had very good relations with all the neighbours. Nicola is the team leader and she forced the other members to go against tenants if she doesn't like somebody. They put the maintenance team to set wrong my boiler in order to have problems (I have civil/installation university so I know what they did). They asked me for additional money, only to get my deposit back. Only after I left the property they changed the boiler.... They haven't done the cleaning of the property before the check-in (I asked them many times to show me the cleaning invoice but they never did this) but they asked me to clean the property before check-out.

Id like to leave a small review about a member of your staff who has really impressed me with her enthusiasm and hard work. Chanelle is meticulous in getting things sorted - always on the ball, constantly keeping me up to date, and resolving any issues I have - and doing so almost instantly. These reviews are usually for the agents themselves - but i felt that Chanelle does such good work, that she deserves some recognition. I hope she continues successfully at Gibbs and is rewarded for her hard work. Sometimes companies take people for granted, and do not do enough to keep hold of them, I hope Gibbs take note !

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
