Gibbs Gillespie have always managed to find great tenants for me and very quickly.
Vicky is always very pleasant to deal with, always happy and upbeat. She is also very thorough and helpful.
Dev always steps in to help on the rare occasion I can't reach Vicky. He too is always very pleasant and helpful.
I would thoroughly recommend GG to anyone looking for a pleasant, helpful, thorough and successful agent to secure tenants for them.

I initially spoke Gibbs Gillespie last year to discuss selling my property, at the time I chose to work with an alternative estate agent as they had sold me the house originally. To cut a very long story short, I enlisted the services of Gibbs Initially via Erica Goodman who was extremely attentive, professionally and above all honest, from the right price of the house, to the consistent communication throughout the process, everything was first class. Where Gibbs really came into their own was when we had a couple of buyers pull out from offers and it got difficult. The came Fiona Lewis-Wall, she owned all of the challenges that come with completing on a house sale and purchase brilliantly to completion. I would thoroughly recommend Gibbs Gillespie to anyone who actually want their house sale to go through and needs to trust in their estate agent to step up when it counts!) I'm certainly glad I stuck with the high street and used Gibbs Gillespie! A number of issues came up during the process, and Fiona was able to advise, reassure and chase to ensure the transaction completed successfully. Whilst there may be many agents out there, in my experience you're not going to get the professional and hands on assisistance with others as you get with Gibbs Gillespie.

Dev and Erica were both a pleasure to deal with. Dev was professional and confident throughout and sold our property within a very reasonable time. We were with another agent prior and during the same period as Gibbs had it and they did not attract the quality or quantity of of viewers as Dev managed to get. He managed to get a price that we were happy with and stayed in touch throughput the whole process.

Clive Edwards sold a house to us in September 2015. His work throughout the sale process was exemplary. At the initial open day he was open and honest about the work that needed to be done at the property and willingly shared information and advice about planning permissions (existing and future). He was very flexible in facilitating several subsequent viewings, which enabled us to make our offer and get to exchange of contracts smoothly. He was extremely responsive throughout, available by phone, text and email. He communicated clearly with us and passed on our questions to the sellers (who were not living locally) rapidly and fed back answers to us without delay. Throughout, Clive worked hard to make sure that the sale process was as hassle- and stress- free as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending him and Gibbs Gillespie.
