Shavonne was excellent in managing our end of tenancy, ensuring concerns from the landlord and us were promptly dealt with.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Will be nice to get 10% (including VAT) which I suggested a few times and which the competitor were offering. Should be something Gibbs should consider especially with higher lets and place "icing on the cake" for long term relationships.

We were passed around from pillar to post by the Rickmansworth office (lettings team) and given several different incorrect messages regarding repayment of our deposit once we had moved out of the property. Kerri was fantastic - she told us straight away what we needed to do, the forms were sent out within half an hour of our phone conversation and deposit monies were repaid the day after our conversation. Cannot thank Kerri enough for her help.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The only thing I was but happy with was as a professional I was asked to give a deposit of over £5000 before I could step into the property . It was very stressful to get that sort of money at a short period . That's the only thing that would stop me from renting again from this company . I was told I had to be earning £30000pa to have a low deposit .

Office was very well kept with information all round . I was then given information to take away with the branch managers Buisness card with contact number . I had at that stage decided that I would use Gibbs Gillespie as my agents and was confident that they would help me if I had any issues .

The fees are quite steep if you take into account the monthly rental fees as well. For a family on an average income, it's very challenging to move to London from outside the UK, given current exchange rates.

Matters were dealt with thoroughly even though contractual details needed a few reviews. Sometimes delays in dealing with these matters occurred, but this did not hamper the process as we had enough time before moving into the property. We are, however, currently awaiting the inventory. The cleaning of the property was not entirely up to our expectations.
The agents were both curteous,respectful and returned our questions and requests at all times.
