Take extreme caution with landlord annual gas certificates. The Gibbs team seem unable to read them . Worse, when they can’t they blame the landlord and then report the landlord to the Health & Safety Executive. They would probably do an excellent job as Border Guards at Calais.... Read Full Review

We had arranged a viewing for today.
Got two calls from the agency to ask us if we are going to make the appointment.
Got there earlier, not to waste time. The estate agent arrived late. Had absolutely no idea which property she supposed to present us. What a joke.
The tenant was not at home so the viewing did not go ahead. Instead the dog was barking in the house!!! Was not aware pets are allowed in the property.
So we asked the agent if there is going to be a refurbishment, painting of the property after the tenants move out.
Her reply was WE should ask the tenants if they are willing to paint!!!
Again, what a joke and a complete waste of time.

Your staff took it upon themselves to cancel my personal accounts with utilities and council tax, this is completely out of order and while I fully understand that all estate agents are money hungry and greedy and all have sly little deals with different energy companies so you can benefit... Your staff took it upon themselves to cancel my personal accounts with utilities and council tax, this is completely out of order and while I fully understand that all estate agents are money hungry and greedy and all have sly little deals with different energy companies so you can benefit yourselves but still put up this fake annoying smile like you actually care about a customer, going behind my back is wrong and I'm disgusted, if I was genuinely given the choice to be locked in a room with a wild tiger than even spend 5 seconds dealing with any of your staff I'd chose the tiger as I honestly think it would be less stressful, you are literally the most useless bunch of mugs it's ever been my misfortune to deal with.
