Over a week ago, we were notified of a house for viewing. We requested a viewing right away, but heard nothing for a few days. We rang to see what the hold up was, and was given an answer that the vendor had not given dates for viewing yet. We left it agin for a few more days and, yes, rang again. To, again, they would see into this and get back to us. No one got back, and yes we rang yet again, this time someone did get back to say that an offer had been sent in. HOW!? This just seems to be the norm at the moment and the same pattern, just waiting to see if this house again goes out to investors to do up and rent out. I don’t know if this is something that needs to be addressed higher. I feel for the venders whom are selling their properties and paying these agents quite a bit of money for them to sell, only not knowing that it already has, to awaiting investors, I think we need to know more of what is really going on, this is definitely not equality opportunity. Wish we could put no stars.

Do not use this company if you are a landlord. They do not answer the phone, respond to messages or reply to emails. It is a nightmare trying to speak to anyone. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
