BJB have been managing the letting of my property for 4 years and I've only just found this site to leave a review. From the first visit Aimee and her team have done a fantastic job and found me a wonderful tenant. The whole process of becoming a first time landlord was made very easy with Aimee's extensive knowledge and advice. Thank you to Aimee and her team :-)

Over a week ago, we were notified of a house for viewing. We requested a viewing right away, but heard nothing for a few days. We rang to see what the hold up was, and was given an answer that the vendor had not given dates for viewing yet.
We left it agin for a few more days and, yes, rang again. To, again, they would see into this and get back to us.
No one got back, and yes we rang yet again, this time someone did get back to say that an offer had been sent in. HOW!?
This just seems to be the norm at the moment and the same pattern, just waiting to see if this house again goes out to investors to do up and rent out. I don’t know if this is something that needs to be addressed higher.
I feel for the venders whom are selling their properties and paying these agents quite a bit of money for them to sell, only not knowing that it already has, to awaiting investors, I think we need to know more of what is really going on, this is definitely not equality opportunity. Wish we could put no stars.

Do not use this company if you are a landlord. They do not answer the phone, respond to messages or reply to emails. It is a nightmare trying to speak to anyone. Do not use this company if you are a landlord. They do not answer the phone, respond to messages or reply to emails. It is a nightmare trying to speak to anyone. Leaves you feeling frustrated and helpless.

Shocking!! kicked our family out before xmas with no reason whatsoever, no help given, rude to us when we had done nothing wrong. we were perfect tenants! then they had the cheek to try fight us for the deposit. well unlucky as we rightly got more than the majority of it back. wouldnt recommend... My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare initially they seemed like sheer professionals, very personable, glossy brochures etc
However I decided to increase my monthly rent on my property to the total dislike of one of their lettings staff, you would of thought that she was the owner of the property, putting up objections when it was absolutely none of her business, it was only let at a lower price as construction work was being carried out at the rear of the property.
Then when my tenant was given notice, he vacated and left a considerable amount of damage, I never felt concerned as there was a deposit taken to safeguard either party, or so I thought.
I submitted invoices and expected that there would not be any problem as the damage was evident. Not so, ok the agent has to take an impartial view, which one would expect but they the agent made every conceivable excuse that the damage was caused by possible environmental conditions, faulty manufacture etc never never the tenant. I was reimbursed some 6 mths later and only a percentage of the costs. I felt that I was treated like a second rate citizen and hey ho the tenant did rent from them again and so I believe they were hanging on to as much of his deposit as possible exonerating him from actual blame. Please be cautious, the glossy brochures and corporate image are a farce
