I thought I would take the time to express my gratitude and positive experience through the service I have received over recent months. I have had a brilliant experience with Cheyenne Franklin and her team in aiding a dispute over our property. From the very first phone call with Cheyanne, who instantly made me feel supported and at ease, through to the stages that we are at presently. I could not find fault to the service being received. Cheyanne has kept in regular contact with me throughout and every single question and query has been answered without any hesitation. Cheyanne has been gracious and understanding throughout and in future will entice me to come back to William H Brown if I am ever in need.

Having dealt with many letting agents William H Brown is by far the worst. My property is on the market for sale with two local agents neither of whom are William H. Brown.
Yesterday 22 July 2014 I received in my post a business card from Emma Richman, Instructions Manager of William H. Brown, Ware, together with a William H. Brown compliment slip stating with her handwriting "Please contact me quoting .............". Attached to business card and compliment she had printed off my property details from Rightmove from my two independent agents and sent them to me by post. I don't need reminding of the property I am selling!
William H. Brown are the most appalling estate agents, I have been plagued by their marketing people either by telephone or by marketing flyers since I first put my property on the market, touting for me to sell through them. Their marketing methods are totally unscrupulous and I wouldn't sell my property through them if they were the last estate agents on the planet. No respect of vendors or peoples privacy. To have received this data through the post from them is the final straw and I can only wish that without properties to sell they close down. To say that my human rights have been violated by William H. Brown is totally true. Their marketing methods suggests they are desperate!
