Absolutely the worst agents to deal with very rude and complete liars!!! Especially Luke who works at this branch! Selling fake properties, go to a viewing then want to make an offer you can't because the property is having an EPC done???!!! I don't think these agents know what they are talking about. They have no understanding of how to sell a property , how to deal with customers. Please don't waste your time with these agents. The property may be to your liking but you will not be able to purchase the property unless William H Brown staff are bothered to sell to you!

Avoid at all costs. From start to finish they played us. First time we offered they said that another buyer had started the process, a week later they call us to say the mortgage fell through and would we be interested. We said yes as we are cash buyers. A week later agents above call us and say the other buyers mortgage has been approved, so we thought that was done and dusted. Another week later the agent calls us at 8am in the morning from an empty office if we could offer something higher, we reluctantly agreed but on the condition that the paperwork gets sent to our solicitors by lunchtime. Papers were actually sent over and our solicitor opened our file and we told agents and solicitor we are going away for a week but to email us as reception where we were was bad. On our way back from our week away we get a message on the phone from agents to call them. We call them back to find out that the other party has already exchanged even though the agents new we had started searched and booked in our survey. My advice and I have spoken to a few other families in the area to avoid them at all costs.

I found them to be worse than useless.
The most inefficient, bungling bunch imaginable!
They nearly cost me my sale - I had to do a load of work for them - if I had not done that I would have...
