Interested in a property and called the Bawtry office about more information. An agent by the name of Ellie said "hang on" and disappeared off the call without explanation. She finally came back without apologising for my wait to say that the property had gone to best and final offers after just one week of being on the market.
This property is still showing on Rightmove so emailed to see if it had come back on the market but my email has so far been ignored.
I would NOT recommend and find this office highly unprofessional.

We have recently purchased a property from Clare Johnson at the Bawtry office. The level of service we received was exceptional.
Clare provided prompt replies to our many queries, chased the conveyancing solicitors for responses and kept us fully informed throughout our long sale. Clare's professional, friendly and knowledgeable approach was extremely reassuring during this very stressful time.

Having used WHB to manage our rental property in which Caroline Bennett was first class, it was natural we should use the same agent to sell the property.
Sarah provided the enlightening valuation that made our minds up to sell and kicked off the process, advising the legal route required but offering different options to achieve the outcome. Suzanne took over the reigns and within WEEKS had got us the sale and the price we were looking at, her communication throughout was excellent. The sale went through with minimal queries and those that did arise got sorted quickly.
Both Sarah and Suzanne were efficient and helpful in advising us what was required, what to expect and responded quickly to any calls and emails.
Thanks very much again both, would HIGHLY recommend!

We made an offer, our house was due to complete in 30 days, so it was conditional on this property being bought/sold in 30 days too. No problem, there was no Upward chain. We got our survey back, our finance lines up, our searches done BUT the other side didn't appoint solicitors. Why not?
Because the "Vendor" was not the owner of the property!
W H Brown, what a mistake to make! It costs just £3.00 to check with Land Registry. Now all our furniture is in storage. And guess what? Their Area Director John Cox says they haven't done anything wrong!
