Horrific company. Actively encourage & facilitate gazumping with their policies. Many other local agents are much more professional and guide their vendors - to act with a level of fairness & decency at least! It’s 2020 not the 90s where this agency are very firmly stuck! I viewed a property hours before the property was even marketed or ‘live’ online. Assured I was ‘first to see it.’ I made an offer BEFORE I HAD EVEN COMPLETED THE VIEWING!!! The next morning my offer was accepted by vendor, I submitted mortgage offer in principle , all my details, solicitor details , etc. Basically jumped through the hoops & demands this agent requested. I took a day off work to do this. BUT they still continued to accept viewings! Even though they knew I’d dropped all other properties I was interested in, to focus on this one. A mortgage lender will only offer on ONE property at a time. So these agents knew I was 100% motivated, committed & genuine! All my information was submitted within 18hrs of viewing property. Yet *5 DAYS* later they accepted another (higher) offer. Which I then matched. BUT somehow this mysterious new buyer apparently has a confirmed mortgage offer within 18hrs of their offer, and I’m then informed I’m out of running as ‘this buyer will match ANY offer you make.’ How strange?! How does this buyer or agent know the limit of what I COULD OFFER! :)))) So I wasn’t even given any option and as I was speaking to the ‘manager’ I logged in online on my phone to check the property - it was was already displaying ‘sold STC.’ ... very suspicious, underhand and lacking ethics! Avoid the heartache DO NOT even waste your time with this unethical bunch! There are so many better and more ethical agents in the area! Avoid !

AVOID AVOID AVOID
I RENTED A STUDIO FLAT IN WHITE HART LANE FROM KINGS GROUP TOTTENHAM 6TH OF FEBRUARY 2020 AND NOW THINKING THE WORST 12 MONTH'S OF MY LIFE IS BEHIND ME HERE COMES A £1279 CLAIMS OF DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY FLOORING AND FOR CLEANING SERVICES. THIS WAS THE SAME PROPERTY THAT HAD NO TOILET DOOR AND HEATER PLUS RAIN WATER LEAKAGE FROM WINDOWS AND WALLS THAT DAMAGED THE WHOLE PROPERTY YET INSTEAD OF APOLOGISING FOR THE NIGHTMARE I WENT THROUGH FOR TEVPAST 12 MONTH KINGS GROUP ARE ON THE SIDE OF OF THE HYENA LIKE LANDLADY WHO'S ONLY AIM IS TO SCAMM ME OF ONE LAST PAYDAY. SHE HAS CLEARLY NOT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT THE FLOORING BECAUSE MY COUSIN AND HIS WIFE LIVE 2 DOORS AWAY FROM THE PROPERTY AND THE PROPERTY WINDOW HAS NO CURTAINS MAKING IT CLEAR FOR ALL TO SEE THAT NEW FLOORING WAS NEVER LAID IN THE PROPERTY. THIS IS SCAMM AND FRAUD TO TAKE MONEY THAT YOU CLEARLY HAS NOT SPEND ON THE PROPERTY AND PRODUCE A FAKE INVOICE IN THE PROCESS. ON THE INVOICE IT SAYS CLEANING WAS DONE 5TH OF FEBRUARY AND FLOORING WAS DONE 15TH OF FEBRUARY?? TODAY IS 3RD OF MARCH AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND SHE IS CLEARLY WAITING THAT SUM OF MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT SHAMELSS THIEFES AVOID KINGS GROUP TOTTEMHAM.

INCOMPETENT - the are a disaster. They get everything wrong and no one cares. One of our tenants left not to work with them. We were silly and continued for another year with different tenants. We had a all included contract with them, the best they are supposed to offer. They got all the check out wrong, the check in wrong, we couldn't claim any deposit from the previous person because of them, the professional cleaning was a joke and had to do it twice (we paid), they lost the keys, tenants ended up in a hotel, during the tenancy they asked us to pay the same thing multiple times and chased saying we hadn't paid, never did the quarterly check ups that they are supposed to do, never passed any requests from the tenants to us, they lost the deposit when the tenancy ended... and none of them care. They are flippant and couldn't care less about customer service. I'd be ashamed to work somewhere like this. They don't deserve 1 star but I cannot give less

Awful letting service.Contract never had a breakthrough date to evict the trouble making tenant,even though it has been requested by me the landlord of the property.References of the tenant were not given to me despite several requests.Tenant was advised by Kings Estates Tottenham branch to apply for benefits after moving into my property, even though I did specify no DSS to the Letting Agent.Never met the tenant prior moving in date,although I did ask for.Was advised that the tenant works full time but in fact she was claiming benefits as a part time worker.Property rented to 3 people but instead 4 people were present in my house after my inspection.Not trustworthy staff members who are there to rob people with all the lies.Never would recommend them for landlords.It is total waste of money for a service full of lies and disgrace.

I sold my house in tower gardens through Kings Group, Tottenham. I'd definitely recommend Ravi as an estate agent as he is a great guy and it does what he says. Absolutely disgraceful. I won't go into the details of what I went through having these lot fully mange my property but let's just say that my first experience as a landlord has been an absolute nightmare and I will have to take the legal route to deal with the fallout. Expect dishonesty, shoddy management and a greater concern with getting their money than anything else from these lot. Absolutely diabolical.
