We have been renting the property for 2.5 years and we had to deal with the most useless and inefficient team. The maintenance issues were never resolved with people sitting without heating and got water for over 2 weeks! Literally none of maintanence request were address, with the property manager having a out of office reply at all times! We have vacated 3.5 months ago and since have been chasing for our security deposit return!!! Will be reporting to Property Obudsman for the the way this agency dealt with all the matters from start to finish. Joshua/Amber/Leroy - is anyone here?

I cannot recommend this branch of BM enough! The staff are so professional and do their utmost to sell your property. The care I received while the sale was going through was second to none. I was consistently supported and updated. I worked with Maria, Finn and Lisa during the sale, and working towards exchange- with Lisa. But Joshua and Kirsty worked so hard and found us a subtitute and did their absolute best to try to accommodate to such an extreme situation! In the end the place they found for us was perfect! And we are honestly so happy we went through with them and also had Joshua and Kirsty helping us through the whole process!

They were professional, compassionate and understanding and honestly I’ve never had agents that cared so much about our well -being and our situation. Be it was refreshing!
These two honestly I could go on and on about how great they were.

In the end we got the flat and in a very good state. The rent was reasonable too for the area!
Victoria from Sequence maintainance used by Barnard Marcus is another gem who is passionate about what she does and always very helpful. She has always sent engineers down in the first instance as soon as we have had even a minor issue! Speaking to her I feel like I am talking to a friend!
All in all great service by the team at Barnard Marcus and the maintenance team. Will stay with this estate agent forever and will definitely recommend.
5 stars to young Josh, Leeroy and lovely Victoria.
