Of all the estate agents I have had to deal with so far in various purchases and sales, Liam would be worst agent I have ever come across. Complete lack of responsiveness; I do feel for the people who are trying to sell their property through him. Luckily I am not one of them

My gf and I were looking for a house to rent in a wide area, Hertfordshire/London etc. We found a property online and wanted to view it, it was listed with Gibbs Gillespie Northwood, after not having the best experience with their Ruislip branch (unprofessional) - we were booked into see a house in Northwood, we met a chap called Julian Tabesh and he conducted the viewing, we were 10 minutes late and thankfully he was patient and understanding, throughout the viewing he was very professional, helpful and allowed us to take our time going over the house various times! whilst on the viewing he went over our requirements and mentioned another property that was due to come to the market, that he feels, although it was not a 'house' we were seeking, but a maisonette (gf with rear garden) - he sold it well so we agreed to view it (as the property we were currently viewing wasnt quite right). We now live in his property as we fell in love with it, with the help or Julian, Lily Kavanagh & Chloe Middleton, who all assisted in the move and provided an excellent service throughout! No surprise to find out Julian is actually the assistant manager for the branch, exceptional service - he is a credit to the company. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!

Did a really good job for a very reasonable fee. Gave me feedback from those that viewed, made suggestions accordingly and once the eventual buyer was interested they tied up the price negotiation with great efficiency. They didn't lose interest once the deal was agreed but kept in contact and from offer to completion took 7 weeks. When I sold a property about 4 years ago I used a competitor who proved to be as much use as a chocolate teapot. Not a mistake I'd make again. I'd use Gibbs Gillespie every time in the future.

No issues with fees. Excellent service from the Gibbs Gillespie accounting team as well. The first months rent was paid on the day of tenants' moving in to the property together with a receipt supplied from TDS for the Tenants' Deposit
