These guys are basically arrogant young men with attitude problems and no professionalism. They really take the piss in terms of being both disorganised and having no customer service skills whatsoever. They also have no integrity and will tell lies as well as happily waste your time showing you useless places or showing up late, not taking to promised viewings etc. Don't expect any communication and be warned they may also leave you mid viewings to do their own thing and just let you wait. The attitude is the worst part they are just unpleasant to deal with. Just in terms of the properties alone, it is pointless going with them as the valuations are totally off base anyway. A friend of mine also dealt with them and they actually had a go at her for her offer being 'too low'. Months later and it is still on the market for that price. Steer clear! And I am evaluating them based on the fact that we all expect some bad behaviour from estate agents - these people are next level!

When I first spoke to Danni I knew I would find through him. He was so useful and had offered me so many different properties and even helped me decide which properties to offer. Overall Danni was very professional and helpful young man who has a great career ahead of him.

The Current team of BM Brickstock lane branch are definitely the least prepared to help their customers if you do not play by their rules(for what i know even if you play by their rules). If you have your own personal broker you are already out of the game. Do not expect phone calls from them or news or any kind of help, if you sell or buy you will be left alone. Personally I have used their house broker and I would rather have a different one. Between the complete neglect of these guys you add the complete unpreparedness of their broker who has no idea how to proceed even with the simplest task. The lies, even the lack of communication between them, made them ridiculous in my eyes, but what is even worst is their attitude ,it seems that they do not even care to lost a selling.

one week i phoned up everyday to get an email but never was sent anything. every single one of my emails has been ignored ( around 20) and i have not once received a reply after Angela Cuff left the branch ( she was brilliant)

As a cash buyer ready to complete, I was left for 5 weeks with no news of what was going on. Angelo and Barnard Marcus i. General failed to promptly respond to emails and phone calls most of the time, failed to update the website ( putting sold STC) as I asked explicitly more than once.
On a second viewing I finally obtained after over two months he did not alert the owners of the time I was going to view the property. .
On completion day he refused to accompany my agent to check that the property was vacant, and after completion he refused to give the keys to he property for a few hours, making my agent wait. I then found out the property had had a partial flood due to malicious intent of the previous owners who removed the washing machine leaving the water flowing. Was he aware and just enjoying the damage caused to my property? This is my feeling anyway.
Throughout he has been unprofessional, aggressive, generally unpleasant, and making a point o being unhelpful.
There are so many agencies around that my suggestion is to look elsewhere if you need to sell.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They are rotten to the core, a man in a burger van on a wet and cold day would be more customer aware than this bunch!
