I was referred to Rhiannon from the Dereham branch of William H Brown. She was prompt in making initial contact with and made sure to continue contacting me throughout the day so that I was informed as to what was happening with regards to contacting and getting authorisation from the Landlord. I found this very reassuring, and it made me feel like I was a priority, this was a big relief as with previous letting agencies I have had similar issues and felt that I had been ignored for several days I also found it helpful that I received a call whilst the contractor was at my property to check how it was going and of I needed any additional assistance. Further to this a second call the next day to make sure everything was working and okay. Overall I think that the service I have received on this occasion has been fantastic and there is absolutely nothing that I could fault. It made a very stressful situation much more manageable and I felt wholly supported throughout.
