On the whole I was happy with the process. The staff were courteous and helpful.
However, I do think there were periods where I was somewhat left in the dark about what was happening, such as when I paid my outstanding balance. I would have appreciated a quick email just to confirm receipt. This made me feel a little unsure on moving in day, when I had not had any real confirmation we were green to go!
Also The letter confirming acceptance arrived 2 weeks after the date on the letter, and clearly had not been posted for over 10 days after being written
However, post-move everything has been excellent.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
