They never solve the problem. Always saying the Landlord is away and never answer the phone. Then, why an estate agency exist if is not to take own decisions without confirmation from the landlord? At the checkin I have to pay for bateries for the gas alarms, as they were not fitted and they ask me to buy myself. That has been the beginning of a lot of problems. Please, never use the service of Prospect again.! Is a joke
