Connor and Matt were fantastic and so friendly, they showed us some great properties and we always knew our home was in good hands when they did viewings for us too (we loved the fact that the whole team came to familiarise themselves with our property before it was advertised).

Connor and Matt were fantastic and so friendly, they showed us some great properties and we always knew our home was in good hands when they did viewings for us too (we loved the fact that the whole team came to familiarise themselves with our property before it was advertised).
We owe David a huge amount of gratitude. He really got to know us as a family and completely understood what we were looking for. As a result, he found us our DREAM HOME. The whole team then worked tirelessly to sell our house in under 3 days (at a better than expected sale price), and supported us to secure that new house with success.
Bottom line, we can't recommend Prospect Sandhurst enough - really good guys, amazing service & communication, and for us an extremely happy ending to our story!

Actually we were impressed by the professionalism of the Branch Manager, but much less so by some of the staff. Here are some highs and lows:-
1. Probably ultimately achieved the highest price from the three agents that quoted for the business.
2. Too much haggling went on over their percentage charge. This is a turn off.
3. Initially valued the property at too high a price.
4. Messed up a price reduction, trying to persuade us to drop the price too low.
5. Didn't keep us sufficiently informed on the progress of the sale. Exchange and completion date was sprung on us, and we felt the agent was not supportive of timing needs to organise removals etc. Made flippant comments when we had difficulties finding a removal firm that could achieve the proposed date.
6. Member of staff spoke down to us on target day of exchange (we were given 2 days notice of exchange date!). You need to remember whose paying you........

When we listed our property for sale with Prospect in Sandhurst, and began our search for our next home, we weren't quite sure what to expect and we did so with a certain amount of crossing our fingers and hoping for the 'best'.
The BEST is absolutely what we got!
Matthew (and the team) did a sterling job of finding a succession of well vetted, prospective house buyers to view our house.
Matthew listened carefully to our needs, worked hard to ensure that our normal lives were disrupted as little as possible and focused steadily on getting a sale for us.
He gave honest advice and feedback, which we found invaluable, as it allowed us to make decisions regarding timing and price.His advice was backed up by statistics and fact.
When we had a buyer in place and the chain fell apart because the folk at the bottom of the chain couldn't get their mortgage, he was supportive, kept us motivated and just kept going.
He really made us feel that we had someone on our side who would help us see it through.
He made us aware of properties that he thought would suit our needs from a purchasing point of view and we learned to trust his judgement as he rarely offered us a property that didn't fit our criteria.
Matthew stayed in touch all the way through the sale process, keeping us up to date and answering any queries that we had.
We would have no hesitation in recommending him (and the rest of the team in the Sandhurst office) to anyone thinking about a property move.

Agency fees are as standard as with most. Can't complain seeing as they happily deal with everything for you, and if there is something you don't understand, the agents will go happily assist!

One of the first agencies I have come across who actually deliver when they promise to do so!
It took a while to sell my property just because it was always going to be a complex sale. But after previously using an agent who only managed to get 3 successful viewings on the property within 6 months, Prospect exceeded this number in the first week. Couldn't recommend enough! Both Daniel and Lee have supported me and the buyer throughout the process and are quick at responding to any queries. Both are a fantastic asset to the business.

We sold our house which was located in Blackwater in 2017. We had valuations from four different local estate agents including Lee at prospect. His valuation was actually pretty good, close to other estate agents valuation and he spent a lot of time explaining things so I was initially quite impressed. In the end we went with another local agent simply because they gave us more figures in regards to sold prices and properties sold in our area. This is when I lost all respect for Lee at prospect. When he called to chase us and I said we had gone with another agent he was slightly mocking, I didn't think much of it and didn't expect to hear from him again however after a few weeks he called again and then again being very mocking when our sale fell through which he had obviously seen through our property coming back on the market. At this point I blocked his number but then received a text and more calls which I hung up on when I realised who it was. I blocked another number and have not heard from them since. I felt harassed. If I had considered a change in agents at this point, lee had done an excellent job at making sure that I wouldn't switch to Prospect and that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Daniel has been amazing throughout the whole process of our house hunting, form the initial visit into the Sandhurst branch right through until our offer was accepted. What agent could do to change your mind?
No-one likes paying estate agent fees, and Prospect was on a par with others in the area - and the bottom line is that like it or not everybody goes to estate agents to buy and sell houses!
