I had the experience of dealing with Prospect twice as I actually bought & sold the property in question through them, I can honestly say that my experience of using them as the sole agent in my affairs has been nothing but positive from start to finish.

I initially gave the property to Romans to sell but after a month of not many viewings at all I decided to go back to Prospect on a split commission basis I can honestly say Romans didn't get a look in after that.

Ryan Bloomfield worked hard to reassure me that putting it on with Prospect was the right thing for me to do if I wanted a quick sale and he wasn't wrong, the first week that the property was on their books Ben Hamlin called me with two very realistic offers one in which I accepted, I found Ben to be very efficient for the short time that I dealt with him.

Everything that Ryan said was going to happen happened a highly motivated young man who delivered on his word.

Lastly but by no means least Adele Jode was simply brilliant she kept the ball rolling were the conveyancers had very clearly dropt off, liaising with the council for information that the solicitor should have been sorting out themselves & keeping both parties myself and the buyer informed at all times had it not been for adele this sale would have been ten times more stressful.

Overall I can honestly say that no matter what anyone says about this agent, if your in the business of buying or selling a property you cant go wrong if you choose Prospect.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care! Would not recommend them as estate agents! Avoid!!! ...
