The horror starts with the viewing process. I had a couple of appointments that their incompetent staff missed and they duidnt even bother to let me know that the appointments were cancelled. Unbelievable. Then they force you to decide on the spot with your card details.
What agent could do to change your mind?

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
